A awful website with awful morals. Please avoid using the website. They are years behind there competitors. The reward system is pathetic and outdated. For example. I wagered 1600 in one day. Only to be told by support. That wasn't enough to receive a bonus. This company will never maintain serious gamblers because of this cheap rewards system. Also the chat was not for help. Overall bad experiecnce

I was initially very happy with the site.
Fast payouts in 1.2 hours, lots of games, bonuses etc.
But since I won 1000X once I have never been able to cash out again.
Of the last €160 bonus, I converted almost €400 of the €6000.

Pure rip-off. When depositing fee. No matter what bet you don't win. €3500 gone in 3 days without a single good bonus. Without a single good profit. When depositing, the website tries to book twice. Then you can write to them for hours until it finally works and they credit the money. Bonus is a joke. The maximum stake is then €2, so you can't play free games for €20, for example. First you have to give up bonuses. So €3500 paid in. Got nothing. Nothing won.

They have a great VIP program - every Monday you get a bonus based on your level, and every Wednesday cash back. For more loyal customers, there are also more special bonuses.
Payout is very fast.
Chat support is always available to answer any question, if not email support responds very quickly!

I initially wrote a more positive review, but now, after a few months of playing, I am going to have to align with the other reviews here.

- RTP is terrible; games bug out if RTP is in your favor and when you reopen them, they suck you dry
- Customer support only spams standard messages and never helps. They are rude and unprofessional or maybe even just a chat AI? And before the casino tries to show me in a bad light; yes, I have used the f-word once in chat when I was irritated with the repeated spam responses.
- Bonuses do not correspond the amount of losses; hard to get any kind of bonus from the support even with losses of upwards 4000 in a month.
- Bad selection of games.
- No deposit limit-tools and no responsible gaming options outside of closing your account and even that has to be done manually.
- Bad website design

All in all, do yourself a favor and street clear of this ’project’ (as the robots in chat call it) and don’t try to stay optimistic about their legitimacy like I did.

I've been playing at Betitall Casino for a few days now and am very satisfied. I almost only play Live Casino, but I have all the important providers except for Playtech, but it doesn't matter. The support is very friendly and helpful, if you write an email it will be answered very quickly. The verification is done via an online toll and takes no longer than 2-3 minutes if you enter the data correctly (when registering, exact address!)
You are not tormented with any evidence either, it is really quick and easy. The payouts are also processed very quickly, about 1-3 hours, so you don't lose everything again ;) After about 12-24 hours, you have the money in your bank account.

Been playing here for nearly two years and have won and lost but that’s gambling, I really enjoy this casino up until this past month I never received my cash back bonus and they scam there way into not paying it… then I was playing wish upon a jackpot slot and hit the free spins and it froze and wouldn’t load. After I spoke to support I received and email 24 hours later stating the provider manually played the round and there was no win. Lol what a scam. I WOULD NOT PLAY HERE

if I have to look for a 10-minute logout button in a casino and then find out that it doesn't exist at all...then it's not user-friendly. The explanation from the support:

"We do not have the button for logout as it is designed that way in order to prevent the creation of duplicate accounts. You may close the tab for the website and after 10-15 minutes you will be signed out automatically."

Then I asked in the chat because of the bonus conditions. It was about - it says there that certain games don't contribute to the turnover of the conditions. I wanted to know if I can still play them or not. Because it just says there - These games don't contribute to sales. The answer I got was that I should read the terms and conditions - I asked again if I was allowed to play them, or not? no more answer-after 5 minutes I gave up. Sry something like that is not a service, it's about my money, and I want to ask before something stupid happens. So I don't play there anymore

I tried this casino only because the loyalty system has caught my eye and since I made first deposit here I was wondering how legitimate this guys are cause free money every week sounds too good to be true. However I was pleasantly surprised when I got money and withdrew it without any problems, of course verification took a while but still I got my cash bonus to my bank.

No on-off betting limits. - Chat closes as soon as you open it in another window. Verification opaque, you will be forwarded, but will not receive any feedback as soon as this has taken place. Having deposited at this casino based on the good rating, I am quite disappointed with the web interface and lack of limit options. Otherwise very good casino!
Edit: After two chats with the support, I have to say that it was of high quality and solution-oriented. Verification and subsequent payment were also relatively quick.
