Joined awhile back and closed my account due to loss. I do not leave accounts open if I decide not to play there anymore. I did decide to come back and give it another try. A month ago I deposited no bonus and happen to hit a small win of $1300. They paid relatively fast within a few days. From that day on the slots had no return to player. Almost like there was a block on my account. Deposit and in minutes you lose betting low bets of 50 cents to 1 dollar. 1 week ago I decided to use a bonus, maybe i would get luck? lol. I took a 100% reload bonus and deposited. After my funds were approved the bonus did not attach. Here is where it gets interesting. I contacted chat support and gave him my account number and pin#. That was all anyone ever needed to speak to a customer representative. The rep asked for my account password. I responded and said I do not give my password to anyone. Where is the security of my account? He said we already know your password we are just checking if you know the correct password. I ended the chat with him, played my deposit no bonus and lost again. So Betus made lots of my deposits before my little 1300 win and got their 1300 back plus a lot more. I then wrote an email to customer service and asked the same questions about the reps asking for our account passwords. I cannot believe I received the same response as the chat rep. They will ask you for your account number and password if you need any help with anything,.. That to me is ridiculous. Where is the security on your account. What happens if you had a large balance in your account and the next day you have a zero balance. Who is to blame and what proof would you have if numerous reps new your password.
