Was good, dang near great, til recently. Like right now, I am waiting… 15 hours now for what Bitstarz advertises as a "6 minute Cashout". This is a significantlu larger than usual Cashout for me. Since requesting this Cashout I have been given the runaround by email and chat by all agents. I have deposited twice and SUCCESSFULLY withdrawn once. The successful Cashout when right thru- it was 1/50th the size of the 15 hours and counting one.
This is not an isolated incident either. I haven’t had any other problems with this site, but Cashout issues is HUGE. Ya can’t play with your customers money. You can’t disrespect them either.
In the last year I have had multiple issues with random Cashout transactions.
I’m about 9 hours from wiping my hands of this site. My personal opinion; this casino never fails to disappoint. I'll explain why.

One time I got extremely lucky and turned their no deposit bonus into approx 8k aud.

It specifically says the max withdrawal is $100 from a no deposit bonus and ×35 roll-over. I tried cashing out the whole amount 😅 but ofcourse they wouldn't let me but then I got a congratulation email from Nick (manager) saying they will let me withdraw $1000. It was such an awe moment I couldn't believe an online casino can be so generous.

2nd would be their easy going behaviour. I deposited $200 from a single time card use and flipped it into 1.5k and tried to cash out they asked me to send a photo of the front and the back of the card, I explained it to then that I cannot show the card because it was an E-card but sent them a photo of the transaction which showed the 1st and lat 4 digits of the card and they happily accepted it.
