Customer service is very poor. They don't help out one bit with any technical difficulties and payout errors. I've sent them all the documents they required to make a withdrawal and they still want more. Denying my withdrawal request.
  • They wanted me to send in my passport details.. before they can approve my withdrawal, I replied back with.. "Since Covid-19 hit.. I had no need to update my passport because we cannot travel overseas and it has been expired since 2018. After that they didn't even reply back to my message. And denied my withdrawal.
