Well, after all this complaining, they made everything right I think the BRANGO management for changing everything to make it more secure for the players to play without looking at the fine print so that we can make less mistakes which makes our money void. I have been online for years gaming and I’ve won and I’ve lost. When I, win I expect my money these people make up reasons to not pay you. Most of these casinos online have the games set up so that you won’t get caught playing an unrestricted game or an unrestricted amount I played through $14,000 at the casino with their bonus. I hate bonuses but I deposited a little money and I got lucky I actually went through $14,000 with them Play through and then I won another $4000 on top of that…. I read the log the log said your Playthru is zero your bonus is zero your real amount is $3594. Hey, I’m happy I needed the money. I have a Childcare so I wanted to use the money to pay up bills it’s almost Christmas blah blah blah my light coin didn’t work so I withdrew it in bitcoin pretty happy, waiting for it to come through left a little bit money on the account and played through that waiting for the money to come through again all of a sudden I’m getting these emails. ….


One email said confirm I understand that looked at the other emails and they said hey your withdrawal was voided and the money was actually taken. They took $2500 from me. These assh)$e& sent me another email that said oh we know you didn’t do this intentional so we put your money back. They put my $207.94 back in the account.


Oh I’m confused I’m confused I’m pissed and confused because what am I supposed to do with the $207 I kept asking them what games can I play with this little bit amount that isn’t going to be called restricted ….. if your online bullshit isn’t set up correctly to follow the rules, don’t invite anybody on the platform to play at their rig games they set you up for failure because on most platforms, if the game is restricted or if you have a bonus that you need to play off is clearly labeled and restricted games. Do not come up, I’m still so very very much confused on how I played through $14,000 and made another $4000 that was supposed to be my money played a little bit more cashed out 2500 and played and gave back. I don’t know 1094 something and they took it from me they took it from me so either they do this on purpose so that you can play on your platform you think you want and you followed all the rules and then at the end they snatch it back from you.

I have been given several free no deposit bonuses and a fairly large deposit of 67 euros with a 500% bonus on top of the 67..something like 300 euros to play with and 500FS + 5 days worth of 75 spins..never even got close to a decent win or bonus game worth cashing out or that I even could cash out..my deposit welcome bonus flopped as well..couldn't hit the back door of a barn betting only .50 or maybe even $1 most times..
Needless to say the RTG software and slots are so dinosaur age..customer service is slow and navigating through the site is slow..sometimes it even crashes where you can't access it for 3 to 4 hours..unless they offer a really good bonus or I'm craving to rinse some cash on an RTG slot..I probably wouldn't play here a whole lot..read through terms and conditions carefully if accepting any deposit bonus offer as they will have certain things you can and cannot do with the bonus..hearing what others say about this casinos reputation for paying though I don't see an issue with that for the most part..their deposit and withdrawl options seem reasonable especially if you use some type of cryptocurrency..their low cash out makes it hard to win any huge amount here..this would be a casino you come to have fun at..not to win a lot..if you want that..try Gamdom..

I wish i could post the screenshot. I won 3500 dollars. I completed the wagering requirements so i could get the fifty bucks. But i said screw it and kept playing with the 50 dollars i was entitled to, and i turned it into 3500. But since i didnt withdraw the 50 they said it still under the rules of the coupon 50 spins max cash out 50 bucks. When i argued the fact that it was my fifty THEY were going to pay me out than why wouldnt i be entitled to the 3500 i won? And everytime the operator would close the chat i took screenshots of everything, i feel they straight stole my winnings and spit in my face with giving me 50 of it

I received an email from Branford with a 200$ free chips on sign up. Upon signing up it said that promo couldn’t be redeemed. Then they had under promo selections 50$ sign up bonus. That said I had already redeemed it. When I went to support some Brandon Lloyd guy said he was checking, I waited like 20 minutes for him to say nothing could be done and just closed the chat. This is ridiculous for real. Why waste people’s time with even offering it. They probably regret handing out any free bonuses and can’t keep up, I don’t know but this is the worst experience even more than blacklisted casinos.

This casino sucks. I got newbie bonus and won my playthrough and 113 above that. Max cashout is 50. Well it took over a week, almost 2 weeks, to get verified. They also dont let me do free spins or deposit anything until my redeem is done. They send me an email saying, hey you're verified. Congrats. Then upon cashout now they're saying I have to make a "verification deposit "... like wtf. Ya know, I've been playing at brango, extreme, yabby, limitless...for years. Well not yabby. Banned for life for having an opinion that I emailed them directly instead of posting it here for the world to see...anywho, I feel these casinos really went down hill. I just can't pull a win off of any of the sites anymore. If I do win at all, it's rarely, very rarely even twice my deposit. When they set the min withdrawal limit higher to now 50, you have a very slim chance of cashing out unless, you in fact deposit at least 50. They have now taken away the cashback option. I was told I'd get it once the tournament was over. Now I'm being told the whole cashback option has been suspended and they're trying to come up with different promo ideas to take its place. Now let me tell everyone, I've lost deposit after deposit, after deposit, after deposit. After hundreds gone, I get ignored on chat. Told ridiculously dumb excuses which become lies. And if I dare say anything to the casino about concerns, I'm ignored, if not ignored then told some excuse, and with the excuse they'll end it with "I'm sure you understand" and end the chat before you get one word typed. Great fast paying casino and isn’t super tight about terms on bonuses. I did a $12 bet and was like hold up… forgot I couldn’t go above $10 but did out of habit not thinking of bonus. Contacted live chat and told them. Everything was fine to continue forward. I know for a fact so many of these casinos out here would have just confiscated it right there, some even let you think your fine and take it at cash out. Brango was chill and let it go. I even beat the bonus terms on that and did a lightning fast BTC withdraw to get paid. Everything smooth just how it should be. I’d give 5 star, however the casino isn’t very mobile friendly. You can’t see active bonuses information and so I have to contact live chat to see what I have if I’m out of the house and playing on my phone to see what I have active. Like for gifted spins they do. Just little things like that and the desktop client seems like it could be more fine tuned.
Great casino overall, not my favorite brand of games but enjoyable and they seem to be an honest RTP.

Decent support, insanely good welcome offer. Only issue is they do not take @live emails so I can't withdraw until they get back to me and let me change my email. They make you reply to an email to withdraw, which I can't do with my @live email. It's been only a couple days since I asked to change my email so I won't give it a terrible review just taking a while. I will give it a worse review if they don't change the email and let me withdraw soon.

Takes way too long to verify identity. And I'm curious why it's so important to verify my identity when I'm trying to get a payout but not when I'm using a credit card to give them money. At first I thought it was a good casino but then I tried to withdraw my measly 50 dollar win and now a week later still no response to my identity verification and to try and speed up the process I made a small crypto deposit which they are now holding until I can withdraw the 50 dollars they won't let me withdraw. Lol maybe no one else has had this hard of a time but with me it seems like they are dragging their feet hoping I'll play my balance and then that deposit so they won't have to pay me out, cause Elora knows when you play with your own money and no bonus you can't ever q8n anything lol!
