Well I have to say I had to change my rating to a five-star. I cashed out $175 which doesn't sound like a lot. However their staff was very friendly, the verification process was done and one day. I received my funds 4 days after I cashed out. So I don't feel this site should be blacklisted. There are mixed feelings about this site. But after 22 years I can honestly tell you this site is fair and doesn't have any problems on withdraws that I can see

I've seen most of these reviews and I have to say my experience is the opposite with most of everyone else this was my first time playing on an online casino and I had a get time one negative thing I have about my experience is that when I used there coupon I didn't realize that by using that coupon I had to win almost 11,000 to be able to cash out and when I found that out it kind of seemed impossible to be able to cash out but I was able to exceed that amount and be able to cash out with $1,200 so with this being my first time ever playing on an online casino site I had an amazing time and the employees were great they helped answer all my questions and more

It’s a scam. I hate to swear but I honestly got 5 bonus symbols across the board, checked the game info and said it was suppose to be 10000x. I only got 20 free spins and when I talked to an agent named Liam, he said that u can access the spins history just like they can. When I told him what happened and asked him how to view that history he mentioned that only they can see that history so he changed his response. Not only was I scamed but I was also lied to. Basically said I’m a liar due to the evidence that only they can see now. Smh I really enjoyed this site at first and spent thousands of dollars but came to find out they are a complete scam. Contacted the cashier to request a withdrawal and was told that I had to meet a min bet amount of over $6000.00 before I could start making withdrawals. There is no way for you to cash out. This means that they force you to use your winnings to try to meet their payout requirements. Cashier said that this is the way that all online gambling casinos work. All of the positive reviews that you are seeing are questionable, with all to the restrictions that are placed on withdrawals.
