I was doing well on some free spins I got and accidentally bet $5. I realized I may have bet over the maximum on a bonus checked and yep it was $4. I talked with the support staff sitting at nearly $1000 thinking there was no point in continuing, when the person I talked to made an exception as long as I didn't do it again. That speaks volumes for a casino to me, having had my withdrawals denied in the past because of technicalities. Even though I ultimately lost it that still was a huge plus for this casino in my books
