I look at their RTP..their about 2% lower than the pragmatic and hacksaw standard RTP..if you go over to Gamdom..you dont see this issue..this casino has naturally lower RTP if you look across the board at every slot the ones that are supposed to be 96% RTP are showing as 94 or worse..this makes a big difference in the long run. Very little player bonuses or loyalty programs but the RTP stops me say no more I'll just play those exact same games at a casino that offers the full RTP. Crooks.

3 months ago I won and was cashed out. I won again but now they will not let me cashout even though I am fully verified. They reject document after document. I have honestly never had so much trouble cashing out of a casino in my life. I am still able to deposit and give them more money, still able to play but I cannot cashout. Beware the "easy to deposit hard to cashout" Im not sure how they can ask you to reverify when you are fully verified. Once I recieve my winnings I will never play there again.

Worst casino to deal with when it comes to deposit. I've deposited money 4 times & all 3 times previously it delayed credit in my Casumo account by 2/3 hours

Yesterday I deposited 4th time & it's been 24 hours it's still not credited to my casino account. Today after following up umpteenth times they said it's not reached them.

How the hell successful transaction never reaches them....????

Pathetic casino support team. Despite sharing bank statement of transfer, they didn't bother to check with their payment provider for 24 hours.

All other casinos I deal with all credit funds immediately post showing them bank statement.

But this support team was so pathetic,vthey kept saying it didn't reach them instead of investigating it further.
