Terrible Experience.. One of the worst.
The site clearly says "Canada" is one of the welcomed countries but after depositing I was told their page was outdated and refused the bonus. After 30 minutes of wasted time arguing and recording the chatlogs, they finally cracked and released the bonus to me because they didn't want me to withdraw. RTP on games are horrible, expect 92-94 for Pragmatic and tons of region blocks. Stay FAR away from this site and play on another Casino especially if you're not from NZ.

I am neutral about this casino. Everything works, many games are available, but if there is a problem, the support is not very polite to communicate. But I like everything else, and that's the main thing.

My experience wasn't exactly great. My first deposit took a whopping almost a day to show up, and customer support blamed the payment provider for the delay. Not the most pleasant way to start. Once the money was finally in, things got better and I had a good time playing games

0 stars! Once again I feel for casino.guru and their fake reviews. $100 balance. Played the casino slots. Couldn’t play certain slots. Errors messages. The ones I did play, gave me 0 feature rounds. Live support is no where to be found. STAY FAR AWAY! Just another scam

This casinos have many issues. The site is very slow. Games are malfunctioning more often than other casino. Many big provider missing and the most important...withdrawals takes forever to be accepted. I had a withdrawal pending for 6 days when I decided I had enough.

From what I can see in the other review this is a constant complain.

Do yourself a favor and go play somewhere else.
