Stay away, this casino is an absolute scam.
Verification made difficult and email responses are not returned.
Communication is non existent & they ignore what you write to them.

Whilst many of us accept losing at casinos, we don’t expect that we will be scammed from our deposit and winnings if we have luck.

I deposited 400 on 8th May and tried to withdraw 100 on the same day. Was asked to verify with my ID, since then they won’t verify my account and instead keep asking for proof of a credit card which has been cancelled

I provided the photo of the card used on that day to deposit the 400 but they keep asking for a card that I don’t have anymore and was used last year 2022. Since then I’ve got a new card, which I have submitted to them and was used to deposit funds on the 8th May.

For 8 whole days I have not been withdrawing money, 8 days I uploaded documents for verification, I was told to wait 72 hours, after that time I received a message that my account was verified, I can withdraw funds, I created a withdrawal request, they also told me to wait 72 hours, 30 hours passed and I was canceled the application for withdrawal and they told me to provide an additional document, I provided it, they allowed withdrawal of funds again after 24 hours, which they again said to wait 72 hours, now 80 hours have passed, money is not being withdrawn, nothing concrete is being answered, I hope for help with this casino. I want to note that I didn't use any bonuses, made a deposit, won $ 600 at the casino that I can't get, they just mock me

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. The rating of Casino Guru is completely justified a very dubious casino the slots are good and the selection is large, the website is also nice but the slots don't run smoothly, bonus conditions are unfair and the live chat is just decoration, there is supposedly not at all in the queue 2 seconds waiting time for those are probably 2 seconds 10 minutes. There are many other casinos that are much better than this one I will have my account closed here.
