I have learned over the years to always be proactive when trying to gamble online and read reviews and threads on sites before signing up, but also to try and have my own experiences because sometimes you see things that only tell one side of the story.

I gave FortuneJack a try and deposited via litecoin after using my initial offer for free spins you need to make a deposit equal to your winnings to claim them. I made the deposit and a few more after that. Let me say that the game selection is insane, there are so many different providers and games its hard to pick slots to play which is a good thing. On top support being available 24/7 with questions and concerns.

After a few deposits I finally hit decently on a slot for 1500 and was ready to submit my first withdraw. After reading reviews online I was a little worried, and right after submitting my withdraw I got an email to do the KYC procedures, so I send in videos of me and my ID which was a simple process and then I waited not knowing what to expect. Well less than 24 hours later I got an email to confirm that my withdraw was me because I had used my phone IP instead of house IP, I confirmed and 30 minutes later I had gotten my withdraw as promised in my wallet. Overall I enjoyed this casino tons and wanted to make sure other people saw my review and gave them a chance because you won't be disappointed.

This site is the very definition of a SCAM!

My experience with these scammers:
1) I sign up under the impression I will get 100 *free* spins to verify my phone number and email. Then they say you have to deposit the an equal amount to what you've won in order to actually get the money.

2) I deposit the $20, but STILL don't receive my bonus money in my account. Support gives me the run around and doesn't fix it. Then I find out i can't take my money back because I need $150 minimum to cash out!!

3) I manage to get a win for $200 despite this. I try to cash out $175. I get an email saying my withdrawal will be delayed for a "security check". WTF!

4) NOW they say I have to verify my identity to get my money, despite them not caring who I was when I was the one paying them! NOW my identity is of great concern apparently.

5) I complete their ID verification crap successfully, thinking this has to be the end of fortunejacks games and excuses. WRONG!!

6) I get another email from these con artists accusing me of playing on multiple accounts simply because I'm using a VPN service, so my IP matches other people who also use the same VPN service. They say that this is the reason they will use to close my account and not pay out.

7) I explain to them about the VPN, and they just stop replying completely! They just straight up STOLE MY WINNINGS using some BULLS**T LIE about multiple accounts, because they know it is literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to prove them wrong!

Fortunejack is literally the WORST crypto casino you could ever ask for, DO NOT PLAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH HAVING YOUR DEPOSITS ACCEPTED BUT YOUR WITHDRAWALS STOLEN!! There are HUNDREDS of player reviews that will all tell you the same thing. Fortunejack are crooked thieves.
