I don't know how the user reviews say great! I deposited several times without a bonus. As I was playing I noticed my balance went up. I actually though I was winning but then while switching games my balance in my account dropped real low. I looked at my account and it said bonus balance but i never took a bonus. They must add a bonus to your account while you are playing to bring your balance up. BUT you are limited to which games you can play. definitely unfair to mess with someone's account as I was playing the games I enjoy. It was a big boring time for me. Slots tight with little to no free feature rounds. A big waist of my time and money. Games were also not good and chat too. Got out before I lost more.

Update 10/13/2023: I played again with no bonus and STILL couldn't play all the slots. The chat rep was friendly but couldn't tell me why. The slots are tight, tight, tight. No fun here.


I was very unimpressed. I used a welcome bonus and regretted it immediately. I was severely limited to what slots I could play. There was no filter so I had to hunt and peck. I used the chat service and the rep told me I could play slots from three providers. That wasn't true. I was limited to those slots but a lot of them were not available to me because of my bonus.

I view the slots I played as the bottom tier and they were uneventful and unrewarding. The biggest amount I won on any spin was $12.

They offer a nice selection of games and providers, so if I decide to give them another chance, I will not be using a bonus.
