Then still no response. their system is extremely slow and not easy to navigate through. Long story short I played my whole wins and then requested to close the account.

I honestly think that Ice Casino has a company policy that seeks to retain player earnings for as long as possible, 15 days, 30, X amount. I read a lot of negative reviews and became suspicious after I wasn't verified and had won 15,000. I don't understand how people seem to only lose here, because the slots are okay and I've had very good experiences with a win of 200 euros and 15,000 euros with different slots and table games.
