I would give this casino zero stars if I could. I cashed out for $1,500 and only received $100 of it. And it took me a month to receive this pitiful $100. This casino refuses to pay out any winnings and makes up "bonuses" they say were used in order to say your winnings are capped at certain amounts! In my case, they said my deposit winnings were capped at $100. Who in their right mind would ever deposit money to win a pathetic $100?!? Even more awful is that I was playing a game that had progressive jackpots that everyone pays into. I won the second highest jackpot. This causes everyone else who had paid into this to not only lose their chance of winning it, but also just allowed "palace of chance" to pocket this entire jackpot less $100. I will be filing a class action suit against this casino. DON’T PLAY HERE! Upon contacting them to rectify this situation I was hung up on 3 times. Just a friendly warning that you will not be treated like a person here and I was a paying customer.

Wow disgusted to say the least, really disappointing mostly because I had fun playing here for the five minutes they let me. I got a sign up bonus won in made it through my playthrough, went to fully verify my identity and what do you know they revoked my account, what wait a minute so I win on there free bonus and actually make it through there playthrough and then they kick me out with no reason except for the fact is they can for any reason anytime.
