After I won a had burst several deposit with this casino I took a break and came back to play again with them I ask casino CSR to look into my account to see if the account had been verified with my winning around $450 they claimed I had dupplicated account and never paid me my winning yet still keep on sending me promotional emails... Lame casino don't waste your tiime and money at casinos that do this.

If I could give Planet7Casino 0 stars I would. When visiting casino affiliate websites, I can not for the life of me figure out how this casino is at the top of some of their list with it being "best in bonus", "good rating", etc. I get the whole "affiliate" thing, but Planet7Casino could not pay me enough to put them at the top of anything with my name or affiliation attached to it.
The no deposit bonus code is a joke. It doesn’t matter which one you use. Use it as a warm-up for the real money casinos because you will NEVER see your winnings from the no deposit bonuses.
Excuse after excuse, email with documents after email were sent, and after 3 months I’m told my "utility bill" was out of the 3 month range. Well, yes…as a matter of fact it is because you waited for 3 months before I contacted the casino to find my account closed. Live chat said my document was expired and gave me excuse after excuse…10 days, 14 days, etc. NEVER saw any money after following the T&Cs of the bonus AND casino.

I do not understand how this site has a 7.2 rating with you guys. I started playing at Planet 7 around Christmas and won $2500. They took so long to pay that it was all payed back, fine. I recently played the ESCAPE POD promo and looked on the site, it offers a free chip according to number of times redeemed. Right before the promo cut off, the free chip was at $500. The day came and went when it was supposed to be credited to my account. I never got it. I used the chat option and was told that because they gave me a cash back promo i no longer qualified for the free chip. After calling they said chat was wrong and only offered me a $300 chip.
Fast forward to last week, I used the promo again and was up $700. I requested a payout. I went to check status and they took my winnings and gave me a $100 credit. When I asked why I was told it was because I played Tri card poker, but it was after the terms of the promo were paid back. No email, no notification at all they just took my winnings. Right now on the escape pod site it shows the free chip is at $500 and I know they will come up with a reason to not apply. This casino is horrible. Do not play here, its better to just throw your money in the trash!!!
