I forogot my old account and opened a new one.
DEPOSITED AND LOSE OVER 5K on the new account but lost. But when i win and try to withdraw the winning, they say due to duplicaate account they banned it and refunded me 100 dollars

I use to like playing this casino, however lately I have found it almost impossible to win on. And what ever little you win, the Casino just takes it back (and quickly). One of the most negative things I can say about this casino is the 50% wager requirement on bonuses FIFTY PERCENT. It's the highest out of all the casinos. They offer next to nothing in incentives and their site has alot of programming issues (ie if you zoom in the balances don't appear or update correctly).

Nothing special about the promotions and it is the same as the other casino. My biggest gripe is in the withdrawal process and how awful the customer support is. I have been uploading multiple documents and every time they get rejected based on some reason, (i.e., no pdfs allowed, only jpegs). Apparently, you need proof of deposit to make a withdrawal including bank statements with name etc., Intentionally delaying withdrawal. Been waiting for hours to cash out and no response. Customer service is useless.
