Deposited money to get their welcome bonus of 100 percent match but after the deposit there was no bonus funds. Talked to live chat and they were very unhelpful they even mocked me by saying you didn't get the bonus ohh so sad. One day i could win INR 38k and placed a withdraw request but in sudden they started asking me for KYC for second time. I enquired it they said that the amount is bigger therefore they ask for the KYC.ID, Address proof,Bank statement,Astropay account details which was used before 1year for deposites.They requested Astropay account details which was already provided to Twin casino before one year and now days I am not using and that account is not accessible due to non usage of my account since long time.

Therefore, I came to know that they are just playing and fooling customers.
