After spending half a day downloading documents to verify my identification I was told they don't accept my internet utility bill nor do they accept my bank statement because my statement didn't have my debit card on the statement, (what statement does!). I provided photo ID with my drivers license. Unbelievable I've never ever been dicked around so much in my life!! I've been playing online slots gor a very long time. It's sites like this that leave a very nasty taste in one's mouth! Avoid this site like the plague!!!!

I am vip here but the bonuses they give are pathetic. I deposited about $500 tonight at vip level and they gave me 20 spins on bgaming slots at lowest possible bet. They really don’t seem to want my business lol. I would play a lot more if they took care of their players better

Worst experience ever. It’s a double gamble here. Gambling on the slots and then the other gamble is if you will get any support at all from customer service or just formatted responses without actually providing a solution to your issues.
Ultimately I had to choose to either have an ongoing battle with customer service or just blow my withdrawable amount and save myself the headache.
I opted for the latter so I never have to deal with them again

Absolutely terrible! The support staff are completely incompetent and when i was having trouble with my first deposit bonus, I was told by support to cancel the bonus and they would reissue it, will I cancelled it and 2 days later it still hasn't been reissued and everyone I speak to refuses to help me. Stay away from this casino at all times, completely useless staff.

THE WORST OF THE WORST! I busted them trying to FRAUDULENTLY deny my Sunday cashback that I earned!

I use only btc, the bonus loss limits is listed in each currency they accept under the terms of the promotion.

I met btc minimal loss but they kept saying I didn’t meet euro loss & still refuse to give me it!

I finally contacted Antillephone N.V. (license no. 8048/JAZ2020-013) complaints@gaminglicences.com and filed formal complaint!

They tried to add 200 spins but still not give me my cashback nor answer any questions I’ve emailed them multiple times about!

And don’t get me started on their agents, chat or of the "VIP" managers, they are ALL the worst, absolute worst - condescending, patronizing, scheming & awful "customer service" agents there ever have been

I don’t recommend Tornado casino, I’m surprised it’s been rated ok by Casino Guru. Nothing special about it, I don’t like the lay out on my mobile, it confused me, was hard to find chat support. I deposited twice, first with bonus, lost both times so quickly and wasn’t even doing high betting. From 80 dollars, not one feature or free spins on some of their games I played. There is something fishy about this Casino, something doesn’t sit well with me about them. Also when I did get through to support, was told their min withdraw is 500 bank transfer, & 50 Neteller or 50 skrill. I don’t like it, and judging by other reviews here, I’m not alone. I won’t be depositing another dollar there!

Terrible welcome / first deposit bonus. You have to wager this on the game you are told - not games of your choice. I took me 4 different support people before I got one who could get rid of the bonus.

Cash out is also terrible. Don't cash out with crypto's here, they don't know what they are doing. Even I can tell the difference between a BCH and BTC address.
My BTC request was sent in BCH to my BTC address. They might as well have set fire to it. Discussion has been going on for weeks.

Plenty of online casinos with more efficient and customer friendly policies than here.
