It's not just about the Alf Casino, but also about the related casinos like nomini, YoYo etc.. I've made good profits in most of these casinos. But now to the points of criticism: 1. You always get some bonus offers by e-mail, which are then not fulfilled by the casino. You pay and then no bonuses are credited !!! Recently also at Alf Casino, even if you have registered at the casino, the bonus offer comes. The staff in the chat supposedly know nothing about it. You are stalled, twice the same answer (with period and comma) from different people. If you make someone an offer and don't follow through, you can't be serious and you can't trust them. 2. Payout duration, it seems to me that they only pay out when they have money in their account again. Withdrawals are canceled again and again by the casinos, sometime after two - four weeks the money is in the bank account. On February 1st, 2021 I won a tournament, price €800.00. I received confirmation that I had won in mid-March 2021 !!! The money was then in my checking account at the end of March 2021. So almost two months later. Probably because I filed a complaint with Casinoguru. Oh yes, it was the nomini casino. Until now I have always received the winnings, but it may take time....
Es geht mir hier nicht nur um das Alf Casino, sondern auch um die verwandten Casinos wie nomini, YoYo etc.. Ich habe in den meisten dieser Casinos gute Gewinne eingefahren. Jetzt aber zu den Kritikpunkte: 1. Man erhält immer irgendwelche Bonusangebote per E-Mail, welche dann vom Casino nicht erfüllt werden. Man zahlt ein und dann werden keine Boni gutgeschrieben !!! Letztens auch bei Alf Casino, sogar wenn man sich im Casino angemeldet hat kommt das Bonusangebot. Die Mitarbeiter im Chat wissen angeblich nichts davon. Man wird hingehalten, zweimal die gleiche Antwort (mit Punkt und Komma) von unterschiedlichen Personen. Wer jemandem ein Angebot unterbreitet und sich nicht daran hält, der kann nicht seriös sein bzw. dem kann man nicht vertrauen. 2. Auszahlungsdauer, mir scheint die zahlen erst aus wenn sie wieder Geld auf ihrem Konto haben. Auszahlungen werden immer wieder von den Casinos storniert, irgendwann nach zwei - vier Wochen ist das Geld auf dem Bankkonto. Am 1. Februar 2021 habe ich ein Turnier gewonnen, Preis 800,00 €. Die Bestätigung, dass ich gewonnen habe, erhielt ich Mitte März 2021 !!! Das Geld war dann Ende März 2021 auf meinem Girokonto. Also fast zwei Monate später. Wahrscheinlich weil ich eine Beschwerde bei Casinoguru eingereicht hatte. Ach ja, es war das nomini Casino. Bis jetzt habe ich die Gewinne immer erhalten, aber es kann dauern....
