Now I have to struggle to get my winnings on my account … they keep saying it technically update … but the dutch 777.NL. Also that same moment that happens they cut me off from the casino chat without any reason . It’s unbelievable that you had to fight for you’re own winnings . They say they have a good reputation… but I doubt ! I really wonder how they fix this issue ! It’s not my fault at the end of the day ! So wise tip .. after you put you’re bets make a screenshot. there responsibility I will also put it on there . Also put a official complain on GURU ….they are getting irritated if you ask more questions about the situation. Because if it was a technical issue ( nobody should got payed out at 31 …. And I saw on trust pilot 2 days ago things happens with other people also … really a worse casino to solve problems … no decency at all to comfort or unnest .

They gave me €134 " as potential winning " while there is more … unfortunately I accept but I put it back on GURU complaint and the casino 777.NL … they are trying to solve it with €134 .



They promised me again today ! … nothing

casino777.be opened an account with my email address secretly without telling me. When I found out about this, I sent support@casino777.be emails from my email address to request closing this illegal account. They refused. They do not have any evidence of the email owner permission to open this account. They insist to keep this fake account opening with the fake user name they made up. They refuse to escalate this case to their supervisor… All these people did was keep asking me to send them the copy of my personal ID, front and back page.

I take my personal data protection very seriously. I have never heard of casino777.be before they steal my email address. Why should I give my ID to the thief with stealing history?

I want to people to aware of this and stay away from this scam company.
