After the bonus the conditions are implemented. Had € 2000 credit. The first payout failed due to verification. Everything sent in. After the second withdrawal, money is gone, only the € 10 from the deposit is left. After dozens of inquiries, the reason was that I played more than € 2 with the bonus balance. What was not technically possible I tried and then the message came that you can only bet a maximum of € 2, so the Bous was only ever played with a maximum of € 2. Many wins also had a 1250 € jackpot but you should only be happy when the money is really in your account.
My "personal" contact person who was so friendly no longer answers. Pretty much thirty.
Why was that not criticized, for example, when the first payment was made?

Would not recommend playing for real money at this casino. As you can see, despite the license, they can withdraw money without actually providing any proof.

Hatte viele gewinne auch einen 1250€ Jackpot aber man sollte sich erst freuen wenn das Geld wirklich am Konto ist.
Meine "persönliche" Ansprech Person die so freundlich war meldet sich nun auch nicht mehr. Ziemlich dreißt das Ganze.
Wieso wurde das z.B. nicht bei der ersten Auszahlung bemängelt.
Bis heute habe ich leider noch immer keine Rückmeldung bekommen da ich gefragt habe ob sie mir das zeigen können im Wett-Verlauf und so habe ich auch keine Antworten auf viele Fragen bekommen.
Solange die Gut schlafen können wird es schon okey sein.
Würde davon abraten bei diesem Casino mit Echtgeld zu spielen. Wie man sieht können die trotz Linzensen Geld abziehen ohne wirklich einen Beweis zu liefern.
Weiteres werde ich auch angerufen von diesem Casino was sicher weitere rechtliche Schritte nach sich ziehen wird.
Also auch keine Daten weiter geben, große Gewinne bekommt man sowieso nicht.
Habe auch in allen Casino Gruppen in denen ich bin davor gewarnt. Gibt glaub ich bessere Casinos wo man sich dann über sein Glück und Geld freuen kann.
