HANDS OFF this casino group (Vegasplus, Unique and of course Machance Casino): Roughly summarized: I've actually been playing in the casinos for several years, but the operator/owner/whatever may have changed in the background! Noticeable both in the bonus structure, the live chat, the game selection, etc... some major changes, which were already negative per se - but not further detrimental... What happened with my last payout, however, was beyond anything I've ever experienced online have! MADNESS 1: the casino asks for a new proof of address every 3 months --> I personally find that cheeky - however, the whole thing tops the extremely long processing time (up to 1 week)...on top of that, I kept getting the explanation that the picture was there fuzzy, etc...it then took 2.5 weeks in the end...then payment was made (1,500 euros)...after 10 long days and a number of live chat conversations with various delaying tactics, the whole money came back to mine after almost 2 weeks Casino Account --> Explanation from the live chat this time: "technical error" (whatever that may mean)...requested a new payout...after another 10 days I asked again where my money was --> explanation: "Due to my high Payout ratios (more money paid out than paid in --> SCANDAL), my payout takes longer)... in between there were always funny & absurd live chat conversations, which would probably go beyond the scope here - it went so far that I was presented with terms and conditions, which according to the live chat employee were "new" -- they said things like "non-gold members have a payout limit of 500 euros per week (the homepage itself said 1,500) --> and other similar absurdities. .. I'm really just listing the highlights here, what was going on there - after I lost my nerve at some point and threatened them with a lawyer, I was summarily banned - in all 3 casinos. But at least I got my money!
In summary: Hands off this more than dubious casino! Forever long & constantly renewed account verification; Talking openly about delaying tactics because you won "too much" etc. is second-rate! If you want to actively get a headache, you are of course welcome to take a look!
HÄNDE WEG von dieser Casino Gruppe (Vegasplus, Unique und eben Machance Casino): Grob zusammengefasst: Ich spiele eigentlich schon seit mehreren Jahren in den Casinos, allerdings dürfte im Hintergrund der Betreiber/Besitzer/was auch immer gewechselt haben! Merkbar sowohl an der Bonusskruktur, dem Livechat, der Spieleauswahl usw...einige grobe Veränderungen, welche per se schon negativ aufgefallen sind - aber nicht weiter beeinträchtigen...Was bei meiner letzten Auszahlung allerdings abging war jenseits von allem was ich online je erlebt habe! WAHNSINN 1: das Casino verlangt alle 3 Monate einen erneuten Adressnachweis --> das find ich persönlich schon frech - allerdings toppt das Ganze die ewig lange Bearbeitungsdauer (bis zu 1 Woche)...obendrein bekam ich dann ständig die Erklärung, das Bild sei unscharf usw...hat dann im Endeffekt 2,5 Wochen gedauert...dann Auszahlung vorgenommen(1.500 Euro)...nach ewig langen 10 Tagen und etlichen Livechat Unterhaltungen mit diversen Hinhaltetaktiken kam nach knapp 2 Wochen das ganze Geld wieder auf meinen Casino Account --> Erklärung vom Livechat diesesmal: "technischer Fehler" (was immer das auch bedeuten mag)...neue Auszahlung beantragt...nach weiteren 10 Tagen erneut nachgefragt wo mein Geld bleibt --> Erklärung: "Aufgrund meines hohen Auszahlungsratios (mehr Geld ausgezahlt als eingezahlt --> SKANDAL), dauert meine Auszahlung länger)... dazwischen gabs immer wieder lustige & absurde Livechatunterhaltungen, welche hier vermutlich den Rahmen sprengen würden - das ging tlw soweit, dass mir AGB's präsentiert wurden, welche laut Livechat-Mitarbeiterin "neu" währen -- darin standen Dinge wie "nicht Gold Mitglieer haben ne Begrenzung auf 500 Euro Auszahlungslimit pro Woche (auf der Homepage selbst stand allerdings 1.500) --> und weitere ähnliche Absurditäten...Ich liste hier wirklich nur die Highlights auf, was da tlw abging - nachdem ich dann irgendwann die Nerven verloren hab und denen mit einem Anwalt gedroht habe, wurde ich kurzerhand gesperrt - in alle 3 Casinos. Mein Geld hab ich dadurch aber zumindest erhalten!
Zusammenfassend: Hände weg von diesem mehr als unseriösen Casinos! Ewig lange & ständig erneute Kontoverifizierung; Offen von Hinhaltetaktik reden, weil man "zu viel" gewonnen hat etc ist letztklassig! Wer sich aktiv Kopfschmerzen besorgen möchte, kann aber natürlich gerne reinschauen!
