    Dream vegas are absolute criminals.
    They let me play in their casino and if i lose they wont say anything. I won close to 9500 and then refuse to pay me. Saying i was self excluded from a diffrent casino but same networks. Also that didnt stop them from sending me promotion almost daily by. Email. But now that i won they wont pay me. They are based out of malta so if anyone need to take legal actions agaainst them then look for lawyers over there.
    This is my next step i already talkedto a lawyer from there .
    Absolute garbage of casino. They are nothing but thiefts. DO NOT PLAY THAT CASINO. there is a lot of good casino out there. Avoid this one at all cost

    I need to get in touch with the accounts team, and verify my proof of address myself, I do not know what else I can send to you guys to prove that I am living on ***************** ALBERTA CANADA *******. My bank statement that Id sent reflected that, same with my car insurance policy. I have been in touch with Dane and he sounded very unhelpful for my case. I admit I swore but due to the fact that I am so annoyed and frustrated that he keeps on telling me that my address was mismatched since day 1,, In fact I had send multiple times my bank statement and insurance policy thru email with the same address. My Drivers License also reflected my address as the above mentioned address.

    I am sending this Email, due to the fact that this is the first time that had happened to me. I have bunch of accounts online, and I keep on supporting every websites that I can play, but this is the worst experience that I ever had. I hope you guys can sort this out as soon as possible.     Terrible terrible stay away do not play They are scamming players that win and have luck what they do is pretend to process your winnings let you believe it is there You call your bank after 20 days wait then after so much time they say they're having problems with their payment processer when you express disappointment and keep trying to resolve it they automatic say you have a gambling problem and they self exclude you all because your showing your frustration of not paying You go on chat or emails trying to get your money First time they would not pay me and making excuses why the winnings have not come in they self-excluded me for 6 months second time they would not pay they did it for good.
