This is my first experience playing. The customer service was friendly and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable. However, the withdrawal process was normal than expected and took less time than other casinos I have used. Overall, good, but could use some improvement in the speed of processing withdrawals.

I deposit 10€ and wanted to play it. Keep saying i already have account with email and 10€ stays on the site. I can't withdraw it back to me or they won't send it back even the chat said they will. Bad casino experience, i won't recommend playing here. (since i actually can't even play and account is restriced but i can depo there, but i can't have my money back even if prosimed on live chat.
