As for getting an issue resolved chat is limited and can take weeks because there is no supervisor available to override and has to be transferred to another department. in june i was blocked from logging in after a decent win i decided to self exclude to take a bit of a break, and thinking that they would have to forward me my funds to my bank as per their terms, its going on 8 months self exclusion is over and still refusing access always with ending with the same response "you will get an email ,from support when they have an update " more like never.
