Ok where do I start, I have Tried for seven days now for verify this account I have asked for every bit of information possible I have supplied it now there is one peace of info that they keep saying is not correct and it’s to do with my back card, I have supplied both cards I have and it’s still not accepted and no reason why, I’ve cashed my winnings out and I keep putting it back into my account which I did not think was allowed, i’m for six days I’ve emailed them at least two or three times a day regarding this matter I’ve had one email back in six days , this is very unacceptable all I’m asking for is for my account to be verified and my cash out to be paid it’s not a lot but it’s not the point they’re happy for me to deposit they’re not happy when they have to pay out,
Can someone please help me with this?
