One of the worst casinos I have had the displeasure of playing at. Terrible support, they look like robots using GPT chat. I've heard times that my pix withdrawal request took 5 days, which is absurd.

Various technical problems such as bets not entering at all, website crashes making cashout impossible, etc.

I do not recommend it under any circumstances

Just thieves to avoid. I have two accounts at GGbet due to my mistake. A long time ago I created an account on which I never played, then today I created a new one, but after creating it I realized that I used to have an account. I wrote to support that because of my idea I have two accounts and I would like to ask for help in solving this problem because I do not want to break the regulations, I received an answer that I should only play on one account and there will be no problem. So I deposited the money and the account was immediately blocked and the money confiscated. I was deliberately deceived by support so that after making the payment they immediately blocked the account and took the money. Be careful with them because they are just thieves.

I try to validate my account before deposit because I like my casinos accounts to be in order bnefore any deposit and also their system had made an error of 1 day in my birthday. Also they try to force a telecom contract on me , telling me it was mandatory. I told then I have a prepaid phone, (I cut the phone I dont use it anymore in my life) , I told them it was my right not to want a phone line and that it wasnt mandatory, but that they try to make it mandatory, (enforcng a phone contrct on me in order to play at a casino) I ask them if they were working for a telecom cie, because humans are not born with a phone or a microchip implant, and its my right not to want one. For this reason and by principle i give a very negative review, because its not of their business.

I was as usual looking around guru and stumbled upon this website.

I clicked the bonus and tried registering which failed.

I then realized that my email has been registered before.



So I tried resetting my password and logged in .

I then asked for the No deposit bonus to try things out but apparently the CS said I have already used it.



So I thought it's ok. I'll just play a little to try things out.

I was also told to fill in my details etc.

Thereafter I deposited money in (WITHOUT TAKING ANY BONUS)



I was assured that my account and currency will have no problems 3 times because I was literally worried about problems and hassles like this.



I deposited and then played for the day.

Got some profit and figured I should try withdawing some to check how things go.



When I withdrawed.

It shows pending, but my balance is still the same.

Worried I may have did something wrong while withdrawing.

I asked the CS again to check.



The CS then told me normally it will take a day to do the withdawal and there is nothing to worry about.



I then went on with my things..

When I came back to chrome. I was logged out.



When I tried to log in. It suddenly shows that I am blocked.



I then asked the CS what's the problem .



He then told me I have abused their bonus.

Or I have "data" has been used.



I told them that I didn't take any bonus. And this is the first time playing, first time depositing, first time withdrawing.



My phone number is still the same.

So which data was used or which bonus was abused.



The CS explained that...

They can't show me proof.

The CS doesn't have my private data.

They can't even tell me which what who data or account is used.

They can't even tell me which bonus I abused when I didn't even take any bonus when depositing.



So how is it they say I'm abusing their bonus. When I didn't take it.

And then change it to my data is used.



Plus, if my data is used.

Aren't I suppose to be able to prove that this is me?



If someone else used my data, why would my money be blocked?



So when people play, they lose. Then no problem.

When they win, they abused the bonus? In which I didn't even accept any .

No way to set a loss limit. Withdrawals were limited to 150-165 per day and 5000 EUR monthly when I wanted to withdraw my full winnings.

Why do you then make a withdrawal limit of 20,000 per month if you make these restrictions afterwards?

Do not ever and I mean ever use crypto deposits on this trash casino. Did a simple 50 euro deposit via ETH, expecting as per usual 1min max waiting time, it didn't deposited in 10 minutes after asking support what's happening they told me it takes up to 96 hours (yes you heard correctly) to approve the deposit. 87 hours in, they just told me to wait patiently.

If you use crypto for your deposits just use another provider (or just use anything else besides this shit in general).
