Cannot complain. Deposited £40 on Thurs, played for a couple of hours and was upto £140 withdrew my winnings and was in my bank account within 10 minutes.

This casino will not process your withdrawal. I withdrew £6,250.00 on 15/05/2024, but till date I have not received my money. I sent number of e-mails to their support team and their answer is that compliance team is dealing with it.
1. They are requesting unnecessary documents for account verification.
2. They do not process withdrawals even if you have submitted all the documents.
3. I have been advised by support team to log a complaint, but complaint department will take 8 weeks to investigate the issue.

They still reply to my e-mails, but their response is always same that compliance team is looking into it.

They will give you nothing except stress and disappointments.

I have now started legal process against them to resolve this issue as the amount they owe me is not a small amount.

STAY AWAY WITH THIS CASINO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH LOTS OF HASSELS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!

This is by far the worst online casino, the games are basic and when you try to withdraw omg it’s a nightmare, they keep asking you to make another deposit for them to transfer the money. Total scam, avoid at all costs

Worst site ever, hardly win and I'm still waiting for a withdrawal of £10 since the 21/04/2023 today's date is the 17/5/2023. Could be a scam site so be careful, they've asked for proof of cards that I never even used to deposit. Will never put my money into this site again.

Terrible site. Awful customer service. I provided proof of address, proof of identification, proof of card and also proof of bank transaction. They still couldnt proceed with my withdrawel as they wanted me to deposit more money from a different card to them for them to proceed. I would advice anyone not to go to this site unless you want to have a lot of hassle trying to withdraw. Definetly worst casino/slot site i have been on. You have been warned.

Deposited weeks ago then played yesterday won and won't let me withdraw due to no valid passport, but no problems at any other casino at all, even though I sent so much more ID the gambling commissioner says I'd checks should be done before any deposit not on a with drawal like they have done with me, the 125 free spins I won £3.56 which is a joke any way deposited over £90 and won £163 that they won give me they are a new company stay away very rude on chat, don't waste your money
