The worse casino online, customer support is below zero when it comes to knowledge.
I simple KYC is taking me over 4 days even though I have provided bank statement, utility bill and overtime it gets declined with no feedback as to why.
CS agent had no clue of what is happening and was very rude and closed the chat on me.
I tried to withdraw funds which was never processed since POA was declined multiple times, I gave up and cancelled my withdrawal and wagered what I had, I big no if you are considering dealing with this company!
