The worst gambling website I ever visit, I sent hundreds emails no one replied, blocked account, two pending withdrawals, they never been there to help me, definitely no recommend.

After winning 18 grand and asking to cashout, the casino suspended my account, kept asking for documentation then kept me hanging for 15 days then sent me an email saying since i self excluded on another site, they will not pay me my winnings. Please avoid, dishonest people who robbed me

Signed upto the casino deposited approximately £950. I cut my losses and decided to withdraw £350 as I felt when I hit bonuses on the slots they don’t pay even close to what other providers do. 2 days after making a withdrawal request I was asked to provide verification details and my access has been suspended. I provided verification details and was told my account would be certified in 5 days and my withdrawal would be processed. 14 days later after calling every day to chase this up my verification has not been completed despite being "escalated" by customer services no sight of money or anything being resolved
