The name Break Bones might make this sound like it is quite an aggressive slot, but visually, it feels more like something that was designed by a skater in the mid-2000s, not that this is a bad thing. The symbols on the reels are a collection of skulls and x-rays in different colours with random graffiti sprayed over them.
